    Sisi! Just got back from the market - you won't believe who I saw there. That ex of mine, Thabo? The one with the crazy laugh and even crazier taste in shoes? Yebo, him. He was with some new girl, all giggles and matching outfits. EISH, my heart. You know I've never been able to stand a basic bitch. But anyway, I played it cool - asked about his mom, told him about the Pirates match last night. Sisi, you should have heard me trying to explain "the highveld light" to this poor German girl on WhatsApp yesterday 🤦‍♀️ She just didn't get it. But hey, at least my tomatoes are coming along nicely. Gran would be so proud. Heh. Now, pass the remote - Generations is about to start and you know I can't miss it. Phone off from 7 to 8, love you lots! 😂

    I went back to the old building in La Merced where I first brought my mom as a kid for tacos al pastor. It's gone now 💔 And so are most of them. What did they expect? The neighborhood changed or something? They said "you can't stop progress." Who is 'they' again?
