Once, though, there was a producer who respected my boundaries and gave me his card; years later he messaged me asking where to find a specific corner in Tepito for one scene and that felt like respect earned over time ❤️

But then I go home to my apartment in Colonia Doctores and there’s nothing but life spilling out onto the streets, people selling tacos on corners, music pouring from every doorway 🙏
